On Friday, June 14, the firm suggested issuing bonus shares in the amount of one fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs. 10 for every fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 that shareholders now own.

Notably, the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a must.

According to a filing from The Oberoi Group’s flagship company, the Board of Directors recommended, among other things, that reserves be capitalized by issuing Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) for every 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) that is currently held by Company shareholders as of the record date, subject to approval of Shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

Record date for EIH Associated Bonus in 2024

Monday, July 29 has been set as the record date by EIH Associated Hotels to compile a list of qualified shareholders who would be issued Bonus shares.

The anticipated date of crediting said bonus shares

within two months after the board’s approval date, that is, by August 13, 2024, at the latest.
