On Tuesday, Tata Motors said that it has teamed up with Bajaj Finance Ltd to provide financing options for all of its commercial vehicle models.

For the same, the firm and Bajaj Finance Ltd., a division of Bajaj Finserv Ltd., have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU). According to a statement from Tata Motors, clients would profit from the latter’s extensive network, affordable interest rates, flexible loan options, and digitally enabled loan processing.

Rajesh Kaul, vice president and business head of trucks at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, stated, “We are optimistic that Bajaj Finance’s first foray into commercial vehicle financing will enable them to capitalize on the enormous potential that the transportation sector brings in. This partnership will benefit entrepreneurs across the country.”

He continued, “Customers will have easy access to financing solutions as per their requirements thanks to Bajaj Finance’s wide network in rural and urban areas.”

Our goal is to simplify and make the process of buying a commercial vehicle accessible,” stated Anup Saha, deputy managing director of Bajaj Finance. We are sure that more owners of commercial vehicles will benefit from financing options thanks to this agreement.

Tata Motors provides mass mobility solutions for 10 to 51 seats and cargo vehicles ranging from sub 1-ton to 55-ton, with a focus on small commercial vehicles as well as pickups, trucks, and buses.

In contrast, Bajaj Finance is a multifaceted Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India that offers services to more than 8.36 crore clients in the areas of loans, deposits, and payments. Its assets under control were Rs 3,30,615 crore as of March 31, 2024, according to the release.
