Tecno, a manufacturer of smartphones, formally announced the arrival of its Camon 30 Series in India on Friday, May 10. The business claims that the Camon 30 series, which will arrive on May 18, will elevate the bar for smartphone photographic experiences.
The Sony IMX 890 is confirmed to power the phone’s camera, and according to the business, the Camon 30 series is anticipated to offer advanced photography technology that would revolutionize customers’ experiences.

Tecno unveiled four versions in their global release: the Camon 30, Camon 30 5G, Camon 30 Pro 5G, and Camon 30 Premier 5G. The corporation hasn’t said which models, though, it plans to introduce in India.
The teaser video for the Indian version of the phone shows how similar in design the phones are to the global models, and based on reports, it is anticipated that the specifications of the Indian versions will be the same as those of the global versions.
The 4G and 5G global models of the Tecno Camon 30 are driven, respectively, by a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC and a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC is found in the Camon 30 Premier 5G model and the Camon 30 Pro 5G variant. The 5,000 mAh batteries found in all the variations allow for cable rapid charging up to 70W.
The Tecno Camon 30 is available in 4G and 5G versions. It has a 50 MP primary camera, a 2 MP depth sensor, and two back flash units. Tecno Camon Pro 5G, on the other hand, has a 1/1.56-inch 50 MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor built in.
The premium Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G has a 50 MP camera. a 50 MP sensor with an optical zoom of up to 3x, a secondary 50 MP camera with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a quad flash unit. The primary camera is equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). Each model has a front-facing 50 MP camera.
